If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please shoot us a note and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase on unused & unwashed items. Exchanges are always free, and returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Once we received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CUSTOM ORDERS, BLACK FRIDAY PROMO CODES, CYBER MONDAY PROMO CODES OR FLAXMAS PROMO CODES OR ANY SALE PRICED ITEMS.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or you are not happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item please emails us send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange. If you would like to purchase a new item we can issue you a store credit once we have received your item
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items & Promo Code
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, items that were purchased on sale cannot be refunded, only exchanged for store credit in the case of defective product
If you applied a promo code to your purchase we will only refund you for the total not including discount amount except when using 'BG50GIFT' which is a final sale with no refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging any items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
